Rappahannock Council Against Sexual Assault (RCASA)
RCASA started in 1986 and is the only place in Central Virginia that specializes in treatment for victims of sexually based crimes such as: sexual assault, stalking and sexual harassment. They offer 24 hour hotline phone support and crisis services, victim advocacy for medical care and legal needs, parent education, counseling services and community services.

Empowerhouse, Supporting Survivors of Domestic Violence
Empowerhouse provides a 24 hour hotline, temporary emergency shelter, information, referrals, support groups and advocacy for those affected by domestic violence.

FAHASS Fredericksburg Area HIV and AIDS Support Services
FAHASS provides case management and support programs for persons with HIV/AIDS.

Mental Health of America of Fredericksburg improves people’s mental health and wellness through education, advocacy and supportive services.
