Elena Dominguez-Brick (she/her) is a Supervisee in Social Work who has experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, suicidality, self-harm, and ADHD. She draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her approach emphasizes creating a safe, collaborative environment centering clients’ autonomy, dignity, and worth.
Elena obtained her Masters of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2024. Following graduation, she worked in community-based mental health care as an Intensive In-home clinician until April of 2026. In this role she helped youth with severe emotional/behavioral challenges and their families avoid psychiatric hospitalization, build emotional stability, and improve daily functioning.
In her free time, Elena enjoys tabletop role-playing games, drawing, and sewing.
