Fees, Insurance & Forms

Fees vary by provider, service type, and program. Clients using health insurance are responsible for any copay, deductible, coinsurance, or uncovered balance determined by their plan.

Currently, individual therapy is $160 per session and group therapy is $45. Costs for services are lower when working with interns.

Other fees may apply for program fees, drug screening, letter writing, documentation, or other services outside a standard therapy session. Your therapist or the office team should review any additional fee before it is charged.

Lighthouse Counseling accepts most major insurances including Medicaid, Medicare, Anthem, Aetna, United Healthcare, Care First, and Cigna.

Lighthouse does not accept Tricare or Kaiser.

Self-pay is available for clients who are not using insurance, whose plan is not accepted, or who prefer not to use insurance for services.
